I read an article where The Hill-Dog (Hillary Clinton) our illustrious Secretary of State, was described as "The Blood Queen" and you know, it is a fitting moniker, she was the one that said of Qaddafi, "We came, We saw, He Died," with regards to the shameful execution of the man.
So Hill-Dog is now and forever, "The Blood Queen."
