A brief history of the future

A brief history of the (near) future:

1-19-2012: Status Quo.

1-29-2012: After a short, weak battle by the Rebublicorps party, President Barkey's request to raise the National Debt by another 1.2 trillion blah-blah dollars. Some will raise an eyebrow and the math will prove that they (US bought-n-paid-for government are spending money like there is no tomorrow, because, there really is no tomorrow coming.

2-3-2012:  The general public, without the help of the News Media, starts to get the picture I.E. that whole "...there really is no tomorrow coming" thing... my guess it is the Girls on "The View" that corner some economist and badger the truth out of him.

2-5-2012:  the White House Email gets flooded, along with the Senate & Congress switch-boards, with citizens asking "What The Fuck?"

2-10-2012: The MSM News Media makes a few half hearted attempts to steer the "What The Fuck?" question away from the government. The News Media fails miserably.

2-15-2012: President Barkey's administration calls a bank holiday of indeterminate duration stating that "We have been hacked..." and some non-sense about "Cyber-Terrorism..." Blah-blah-blah.

2-25-2012:  The Banks open back up and everyone is relieved that all their money is still there, well until the go to the grocery store, or Gas Station, and find out that everything they need to buy now costs 80%  more than it did back on 2-14-2012. OOPS! Bummer!

2-28-2012: The riots start... not that the news will show it.

2-29-2012: The news will be full of Leap-Year trivia...

3-1-2012:  Riots gone, Leap-year trivia gone... The Middle-East Takes Center Stage... Israel is rattling sabers and the US is denying any involvement.... Iran is Unimpressed and sinks a US ship in the Straights of Hormuz. Hezbollah starts rocket attacks on Israel. Syria, pops off a couple of Russian Ship-killer cruise missiles but only manages to take out a foreign flag cargo ship and a Russian allied supply ship.

3-3-2012: The Israeli Air Force bombs the dog-snot out of most of Lebanon and much Of southern Syria, stating that the Iranians & Syrians are supplying rockets to Hezbollah. Israeli Israeli Armed Forces invade Lebanon doing their normal thing and wrecking up the place but good..

3-5-2012: Iran gets pissy about it all and calls for all Muslim States to send fighters for the Holy Jihad Against the Great Enemy - Israel. Masses of Muslim Men flood into Syria & Iran from surrounding countries.

3-6-2012: Jerusalem becomes a cup of trembling to the world.

3-8-2012: The feast of Purim this year. Background:

Wikipedia: "Purim is celebrated annually according to the Hebrew calendar on the 14th day of the Hebrew month of Adar (Adar II in leap years), the day following the victory of the Jews over their enemies. Purim begins at sundown."

3-8-2012: At sundown, Israeli Air Force fly to attack Iran.

3-9-2012: Iran fires 1500 missiles at Israel. Hits out at all foreign warships in the general vicinity of Iran. There are mass casualties Israel, mostly the 15,000 US Troops we just stationed there.

3-10-2012: The US News Media coin the phrase; "The Israeli Mistake."

3-11-2012: The Israeli Air Force Nukes the Iranian and Syrian capitals. The US Congress begs Barkey to "Join the Battle."  President Barkey Says; "No-No, I'm a peace loving president..." but the Congress over-rides him and declare war on Iran and Syria.

3-13-2012: The UN general assembly, at the urgent request of Russia & China, passes a resolution stating that Israel and The United States cease all hostilities, which is ignored by both.

3-14-2012: Six Chinese subs surface off the West Coast of America and launch a full compliment of ballistic missiles inland. Each missile has multiple self targeting warheads. Most hit military sites, but a few hit cities.  Russia lobs a few hyper-ballistic ICBMs over the pole to the East Coast of America. Each missile has multiple self targeting warheads. Most hit military sites, but a few hit cities. America retaliates with weapons that are shocking as well as destructive - Scalar, Nukes, Bio/Chem Agents - and many humans die.

And then the bad stuff starts...
